I saw Wayne slip this into the water at Rye beach in Victoria, just before he used it to bag a good catch of flathead. He popped the lug sail up in minutes and took to the water with no fuss at all. It is restored in a very restrained sort of manner; he has kept the feel of a simple, working boat, and has avoided the temptations of glamour at every turn. The life story of the hull remains indented in some of the boards
Probably wooden boats, mostly open boats, generally under 6 metres long, sometimes in their habitat, occasionally being built, often being sailed, maybe rowed or paddled.
It's just a gallery, maybe something restful or perhaps inspirational for the eye when it should be doing something sensible instead.
I admit that given my present preoccupation it will probably favour pictures of Navigators, reclining in best page three fashion...but it needn't, if others want to contribute things along the suggested guidelines, above.
I'll post what I can. You send me what you want me to post at: firstname.lastname@example.org
See if we can make a beautiful small boat collection.
